Nissha is seeking Full-Time Set-up Technician for 1st Shift 7A-3:30P, M-F!

Job Summary
Provide support to Operators for setting up Machines in ECG Dept, as well as help maintain operation of these machines.
Essential Job Functions
1. Perform and/or Support machine setup for new jobs to be processed
2. Support with diagnosis of issues and help troubleshoot problems, as required
3. Operate ECG Machines as needed
4. Stay in tune with the Production schedules to anticipate upcoming setups / job changes
5. Provide support to Operators / machines when issues arise impacting output and/or scrap
6. Other duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Department Team-Lead
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

* Basic reading, math, and direction following skills.
* Must be able to read, comprehend, and execute production orders and operating procedures.

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve both mechanical problems.

* Knowledge of and ability to operate production equipment within the ECG DeptDeptmanufacturing area.
Physical Dimensions
* Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
* Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time.
* Seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands. Also includes finger dexterity.
* Stooping, crouching, full back and leg flexibility.
* Ability to see and recognize detail. (Corrected or uncorrected.)
* Occasionally kneeling, Stooping, crouching, full back and leg flexibility.
* Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
* Picking up and movement of objects. May involve carrying as well.
* Recurring movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

"Participate in the reduction of risk and injury in the workplace by completing required job safety training, identifying workplace risks, wearing required personal protective equipment, ensuring all machine guards are in place before operating equipment, not operating equipment without proper safety training; compliance to Safety Standards and Policy: Immediately informing manager, supervisor, and/or Team Leader of unsafe conditions, practices, incidents, and injuries." Pay Range: $20 - $25.00 per hour
