Underwriting Specialist II Huntington T. The Underwriting Specialist II is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and in office two to three days a week at our Washington DC office. Within stipulated underwriting authority limits, this position is accountable for reviewing and evaluating applications for insurance coverages in order to classify the degree of insurable risk and determine appropriate premium amounts. This is a primary level underwriting position responsible for handling submissions involving moderately complex exposures and medium to high coverage limits. What the day will look like

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
