Pay Information:

$26.00 per hour

About this Position:

Ensure any abnormal part shortage during production is investigated and resolved without impacting production

Responsibilities include:




  • Analyze part shortages of moderate to high complexity with minimal oversight from leadership, and determine countermeasure activity.
  • Track short/reject part issues occurring daily during production lineside and report to Inventory Control TC.
  • Identify over pack situations/carryover and inform shorts management and lineside delivery to hold parts.
  • Work with Assembly offlines to determine when incorrect parts are packed on lots and coordinate with shorts delivery team on replacements.
  • Perform any other tasks or projects requested by Material Services management team.
  • Help Maintain and coordinate parts with assembly in carryover situation lineside.
  • Track IPP Tags to ensure proper parts management.
  • Support part level changes and model buildouts.


Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:



  • Minimum 2 years Warehouse Experience, or other related field


Required Education:



  • High school Diploma/GED



Desired skills:



  • Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, & transportation
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
  • GPCS (Global Production Control System)
  • GCCS (Global Consolidation Center System)
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to comprehend how to run queries in DBeaver



Additional Position Factors:



  • Workstyle: Onsite
  • Primarily in office setting, will need to walk for long periods of time from warehouse to assembly lines.
  • Must be able to operate a computer.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including shifts and weekends as necessary.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
  • Must be able to work overtime as necessary to support department needs (short term and/or scheduled).
  • Able to support additional LC projects as needed (Inventory Cycle Counts, Data entry).
