The primary mission of this position is to lead and support activities related to equipment characteristic improvements for all departments at the TMP-OH Site. Key Accountabilities
Manufacturing Equipment Expertise: * Analyze / evaluate equipment failures/inefficiencies and develop, implement, and measure effectiveness of countermeasures Project Management: * Define and create scope of design and construction for renovation, upgrade of existing systems, or for build of a new system with a focus on cost control. Conduct PDCA during design and implementation stage. Create, implement and maintain project schedules and achieve desired results. New Technology: * Use manufacturing expertise to support company's direction of new processes. Implement the use of asset condition management tools and IOT. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical or related field or equivalent experience. Minimum Experience A minimum of 2-8 years manufacturing experience based on education Other Job-Specific Skills Understanding of process and department process flow Working Conditions
