Job Purpose

Honda Aero LLC in Burlington, NC is looking for a team member who will be responsible for coordinating Engine Service Agreements (ESA) Contracts for the Customer Service department and conducting fleet utilization data analysis and forecasting. Provide business analysis, research, and coordination support to the Marketing department.

Key Accountabilities 1

  • Manages engine service program contracts, setup for new contracts, transfers, and re-enrollments.
  • Manages overall customer information function with in-service data in an integrated database with customers contact information, service contracts, utilization rates (hours, cycles), pricing with yearly escalations and payment & cost history for financial billing and collection.
  • Manage new and renewal pricing for ESA programs.
  • Manages latest engine service contacts enrollment level and provides near term sales projections.
  • Assists with development of fleet wide financial metrics for engine service programs profitability.
  • Drafts and maintains engine service contracts.
  • Assists with projects related to engine service programs.
  • Maintain Fleet Utilization Data reflecting fleet growth and periodic statistical analysis.
  • Fleet data forecasting support to Planning and MRO shop.

  • HF120Connect App development & support.
  • HF120Connect App portal administration with Customer information and engines shop visit status reporting
  • User Access requests & authorization.
  • Develop and coordinate GHAE's marketing communication (Web portal, social media, PR, giveaway ...).
  • GHAE marketing asset management (Exhibit & tradeshows).
  • Conduct market research for Personal Jet, VLJ, LJ market as well as emerging markets.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Educational Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience



Minimum Experience



  • Experience in Customer Service/Marketing supporting a manufacturing or production company
  • Experience with managing service contracts
  • Experience in Maintenance and Repair shop experience considered an asset
  • ERP (IFS) experience preferred

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-manage workload and efficiently manage multiple tasks
  • Strong and effective communication skills

Working Conditions

  • Climate-controlled office environment.
  • Possibility of remote work
  • The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shield, mandatory hearing protection and safety shoes.
  • Some travel may be required.
