Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to strategically lead and support key business functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and the successful implementation of strategic initiatives. This includes overseeing the preparation and execution of business planning and CAPDo presentations, managing special projects, and coordinating critical meetings and events to foster collaboration and achieve organizational objectives.

Additionally, the role involves managing associate relations and operational logistics in Troy, OH, ensuring efficient operations and high employee satisfaction. The incumbent will also lead the creation, publication, and distribution of reports, maintain SOPs, ensure record retention compliance, and provide strategic support for division reporting. Furthermore, the role encompasses managing associate engagement events and publications to enhance communication and engagement within the organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the preparation and execution of business planning and CAPDo presentations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Special Projects - Oversee and provide strategic support for special projects and activities as directed by management, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Strategically coordinate Parts Managers meetings, Joint Parts, Service & Technical Senior Manager meetings, and other key events in Troy, ensuring they support organizational objectives and foster collaboration.
  • Manage associate relations in Troy, OH, including pool cars, uniforms, conference room (PSAV), office supplies, temp badge rollover, and community relations renewals, to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead the creation, publication, and distribution of daily/monthly reports, maintain SOPs, and ensure record retention compliance. Provide strategic support for division reporting, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
  • Manage the coordination of Associate Engagement Events and Publications including SPPC Office celebrations, MCC Parts News Network (PNN) updates, Parts Pulse Relaunch & Ongoing Publishing, PS&T In Motion (formerly Driving Force) Committee participation, Support Parts Management Engagement activities as necessary


Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration/management or related field (preferred) or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Required 1-3 years' experience in business management, finance, accounting, or office support functions. Preferred experience in Business Planning
  • Proven experience in event coordination and associate relations management.
  • Experience in creating and managing reports, maintaining SOPs, and ensuring compliance with record retention policies.
  • Proficient in PDCA and CAPDO analysis
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled at preparing and presenting detailed project and business plans to all levels of internal/external audiences
  • Possess strong leadership, interpersonal, organization and written/oral communication skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
