Location: Anna, Ohio

Starting Pay - $34.65 - $39.60 & $5,000 Sign on Bonus

Workstyle - Onsite

*Relocation assistance for candidates relocating over 50 miles*

About this Position:

Die Service Technician supporting equipment / die downtime and developing equipment / die improvement projects.

Responsibilities include:



  • Support equipment/die downtime in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and support equipment / die improvement projects.
  • Support weekend and shutdown equipment / die issues.
  • Support training of other equipment/die associates.
  • Support the engineering group in short/long term projects.
  • Support machine checks, preventative maintenance duties, line troubleshooting and reporting of problems and repairs.




Daily Tasks:



  • Work on daily activities as assigned by the Team Leader.
  • Respond to equipment / die downtime and recovery issues.
  • Monitor equipment / die for potential problems identification.
  • Perform quality & running efficiency improvements to the dies.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance plans & activities.
  • Maintain COP of work area and department issued tools.
  • Observe and promote all department safety policies.
  • Quality confirmation of completed work.
  • Perform zone inspections.
  • Perform all phases of equipment troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic systems.




Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:

Experience in the mechanical and/or die mold maintenance field (including Co-op experience).

Required Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Desired skills:



  • Manufacturing environment
  • Casting Department - Typically hot and moderately dirty
  • 5-10 Hours OT / Week, including weekends and shutdown
  • 1-week domestic travel potential per year for training
  • Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift long term.
