Location

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead organization to establish business plan, achieve KPIs: conduct PDCA, prepare reports, identify, and implement activities for gap areas. Manage resource planning and administration resources for B/U Budget, Safety, Risk management, Facilities and administration support.
  • Lead and innovate business characteristic improvement at Unit level: identify gaps, create strategic business themes and proposals, prepare for work environment changes such as new technology introduction, business scope expansion, workload fluctuation, budget constraints.
  • Responsible for associate development and growth of direct reports including operational and technical perspectives. Provide direct and indirect mentoring for related organization members.
  • Manage work output approvals, clearly and concisely communicate to staff, enforce policy and process, develop and manage budget, allocate resources within organization.


Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • BS Engineering/Business or equivalent related experience
  • 12+ years
  • Strategic, analytical, communication, and reporting skills


Workstyle

  • Travel to various NA plants, supplier or affiliates will be required
  • Potential for overseas travel for Global Quality activity
  • Expected 5-10 hours of overtime per week as needed
