Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor MEP teams, including superintendents, engineers, and support staff.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors as the primary project contact.
  • Oversee MEP project phases, construction, and closeout-ensuring compliance with contracts, budgets, and schedules.
  • Implement QA/QC and enforce safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Use advanced project management tools to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate field operations to align with design specifications and project requirements.
  • Participate in risk management, including contract negotiations and pricing.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field with 4-10 years of MEP experience in construction project management.
  • Strong expertise in cost management, scheduling, estimating, and project management.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting contracts, drawings, and project schedules.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience managing large teams and projects. Skilled in MS Office, project management software, and industry tech such as BIM.
