Norfolk Southern Corporation is currently seeking a dedicated Senior QA Program Manager to lead program initiatives for our Quality Center of Excellence, QCOE. In this role, you will coordinate with the manager of QCOE and application and infrastructure owning teams to envision, roadmap, scope, plan, and execute the Quality Program at NS. The successful candidate will provide direction, planning, oversight, and guidance to QA Architects for program consistency. The QCOE team is comprised of several QA architects that support the quality tools (Core Systems below), provide administration/configuration/support of the tools, develop best practices, and provide coaching/mentorship, and support to the QA engineers embedded in the Agile teams. Core Systems: qTest, qTest Desktop Explorer, Tosca, Vision AI, TDS, DEX, NeoLoad, & SonarQube, Sauce Labs Responsibilities

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, business, management, information systems, engineering or related field is required.
