The Opportunity: The Department of Housing and Residence Life seeks applications for a Key Services Specialist. The Specialist is heavily focused on customer service within the Housing lock shop. This position is responsible for programming locks, creating key cards, assisting other Techs and assisting the front desk. This is an entry-level role with room to grow within the lock shop and university. This is an auxiliary funded position. Employment is subject to availability of funding and may cease at the time funding for this employment is depleted. Classification Title: Maintenance Technician I Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Completion of an approved apprenticeship program for multiple trades; or a high school diploma and 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla.
