- Successful candidates will work with subject matter experts to develop/deliver technical training for airborne and ground-based systems.
- Partner with engineering teams, relevant team members, and customer representatives to define curriculum/courseware development priorities and coordinate completion with product release dates.
- Develop/deliver training presentations and lesson plans based on engineering documentation, field service requirements, and vendor spec sheets.
- Create course materials that ensure participants understand the systems and the skills needed to operate or maintain them in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Works under general supervision and will be responsible for the task leadership of one or more programs, including the daily oversight of courseware development activities and interfacing with the PMO and customer.
- Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve the effectiveness of approaches and routines.
- Problems are typically solved through advanced education or experience.
- Training development and delivery in a technical environment.
