Opening 1: GitLab Administration Expert
Focus: Administering and optimizing GitLab for CI/CD workflows, ensuring smooth integration across the development pipeline.

Opening 2: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist
Focus: Designing, implementing, and supporting cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience in both on-prem and cloud environments required.

Opening 3: Kubernetes & Containerization Pro
Focus: Managing and scaling containerized applications using Kubernetes (OpenShift, AKS, EKS, Rancher). Strong experience in container orchestration is a must.

Here's what you'd do:

  • The Cloud, Infrastructure, and DevSecOps Engineer position will focus on designing, analyzing, implementing, and supporting systems, software, or other solutions for deploying capabilities to cloud systems.
  • The candidate will build high-performance, cloud-based solutions with software and IT engineers.
  • Support the development of open architectures and applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms to ensure they are best suited for Cloud deployment and consumption.
  • Support adopting Cloud best practices and supporting technologies to enable capabilities such as DevSecOps, Big Data/Analytics, AI, and Micro-Services.
  • Support the architecture, design, development, troubleshooting, and implementation of cloud solutions.
  • Work closely with the Information Technology Security team to ensure the applications and solutions designed and deployed are secure and compliant.
  • Effectively Interface with Customer personnel at varying organizational levels.
  • Report status on tasks and assignments.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a specific technology practice (Infrastructure, Network, Storage, Servers, Security, Windows, Linux) for both on-premise and cloud resources.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience using a source code repository such as Git, BitBucket, Mercurial, or Subversion.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience using a defect management system such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Fogbugz.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with several tools such as Gitlab, SonarQube, Nexus, Twistlock/Prisma Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes (Rancher, Openshift, K3S), Linux, AWS/Azure/GCP, and Terraform.
  • Minimum of 2 years of network and operating system experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in container management technologies like OpenShift, AKS, EKS, Rancher, and Docker.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • IAT Level 2 Certification (Security +).
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), (ISC) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • CompTIA Cloud+.
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Architect Professional.
  • Experience scaling applications based on user demand.
  • Experience working with service-based architectures and Web APIs.
  • Experience with HTML, HTML5, CSS, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
  • Experience working and deploying on DOD networks, including NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS.
  • Experience with administration of CI/CD pipeline tools.
  • Administration experience on Microsoft Enterprise CA Cert Requests/Monitoring.
  • Administration experience on Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
  • Familiarity with Information Assurance programs.
  • Experience with writing Linux bash scripts.
  • Experience with one or more: Cloud Formation, Microsoft Bicep.
  • Experience using and deploying RDMS, NoSQL, or Graph databases.
  • Experience managing/implementing server/clients with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Platforms and Federation Services (NetIQ, ADFS, Azure MFA, Keycloak, Red Hat SSO, Duo, SAML).
  • Leadership experience.
  • Cloud Infrastructure experience.
  • Must be self-motivated and expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to generate preliminary and detailed designs as required for enhancements or modifications to existing designs, applying current industry design concepts and utilizing basic technical writing skills.
  • Able to perform effectively as part of a project "team."
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-refined troubleshooting skills, ability to determine the root cause of a problem and identify and resolve systemic issues.
  • Ability to perform technical briefings to various groups and engineers
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking principles to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
