Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Fort Worth, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The client seeks a talented and motivated Structural Analyst to join the Dynamic Components Structures group.
  • Dynamic component structures are responsible for the structural integrity of the blades, rotors, and transmission/drive systems in the next generation of vertical lift aircraft.
  • Typical tasks include performing conceptual/preliminary/detailed structural analysis using classical methods and finite element software, calculating Margin of Safety and conducting fatigue analysis to determine component retirement time of metallic and composite structures, conducting modal/buckling/crack propagation/thermal analysis, collaborate with Design, Materials & Process, and Test Engineers, and create structural substantiation reports to support drawing release and certification efforts.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $85.00/hr.

Hours: 4/10-1st Shift.

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in Ansys
  • Minimum of 9 years experience in performing structural FEA in ANSYS.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • CATIA
  • CFD
  • Advanced Communication Skills
  • 3DX Development
  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
  • Good aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • A robust understanding of loading and dynamics in mechanical assemblies.
  • Be highly competitive and motivated to take ownership of commitments and meet objectives.
  • Be capable of managing complex tasks and driving them to successful outcomes.
  • Possess excellent communication and technical writing skills.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
