Description

Supporting the offshore warehouse led to developing and implementing organizational structure to successfully deliver the work of the team. Including but not limited to Daily management.

Develop and implement offshore warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Execute all offshore warehouse operations, including receiving, put away, inventory control, picking and returns to PMF.

Liaise with related functions in Geodis ILVC, Preservation and Maintenance Facility (PMF) operations and or IT organizations to improve the performance to achieve business targets.

Execute inbound deliveries and put away including priorities of goods flow PMF at agreed service levels and provide expert resolution of issues and monitor integration of work.

Utilize SAP to manage inventory levels, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.

Support short and medium term (1-3 years) operational decisions for the business which impact the success of the business.

Analyzes unusual and non-recurring client and supply problems requiring action.

Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns.

Participate in daily management to achieve objective, and record issue in the issue tracker.

Participate in Projects that drive cost savings, process improvements/ harmonization, and/or infrastructure changes.

Operate in a working environment that continuously improves the Health and Safety (H&S) of self and other, including identification and management of occupational risk, provision of information and training, review of performance and provision of sufficient resources to maintain an effective H&S program.

Obtain and maintain Transportation Worker Identification Credential, also known as TWIC, as required by the Maritime Transportation Security Act for workers who need access to secure areas of the nation's maritime facilities and vessels.

Maintain timekeeping.

Attending training on subjects of ISO, safety, business controls, etc. and cascade to your team.
