Job Summary

The Temporary HR Coordinator will perform administrative activities in support of the Human Resources project assignment. Primary activities for the project will include scanning personnel files and performing data entry into an electronic filing system.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of routine activities in support of human resources specific project
  • Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources
  • Use electronic filing and data management system to move documents from paper to electronic documents with exceptional level of detail, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times
  • Use office equipment such as scanner, copier, printer to manage and file human resources documents
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and 2+ years of experience in professional office setting
  • Previous experience with record management, filing, and retention
  • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent attention to detail, produce work of the highest quality
  • Knowledge of office procedures and good writing and verbal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The expected pay scale for this position is $23.58/hour - $26.50/year. Should the level, location, or scope of the position change during the hiring process, the pay scale may be modified accordingly.
