Position Responsibilities

Deltek is looking for an Associate Software Developer to join our Engineering Launchpad Program this coming January 2025. The following are the main position responsibilities and requirements:

  • Develop Web-Based applications using Java
  • Build statistical/predictive models for various functional use-cases
  • Undertake analysis, design, coding and testing activitie
  • Develop software on time and to required quality standard
  • Support the company's development processes and development guidelines including code reviews, coding style and unit testing requirements.

Qualifications


  • BS or MS degree in Machine Learning or Statistics
  • Familiarity with modern tools for building statistical/predictive models based on existing customer data
  • Hands-on Java coding experience
  • Hands-on SQL coding experience against RDBMS
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills
  • Ability to work with offshore teams at irregular hours

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • Web development with HTML and JavaScript
US Citizenship or Green Card is required for this role

Compensation Information

The U.S. salary range for this position is $47500.00 - $71250.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
