ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provides subject matter expertise in the delivery and operation of Identity, Endpoint & End User & Email security solutions.
• Executes on projects, technologies, and vendors / managed services to deliver substantive improvements to Identity & Access Management, Endpoint & User Security, Email Security.
• Drives completion of operational and project deliverables related to the IAM, endpoint, email and user security programs.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Information Security policies and that IAM, endpoint, email and user security controls are embedded in all new technology initiatives at VyStar.
• Maintain security controls for compliances and regulations required of VyStar for IAM, endpoint, email and user security.
• Operates and implements IAM, endpoint, email and user security solutions across supported systems and applications with accompanying documentation.
• Develops and acts with holistic security mindset while successfully analyzing business risk and remediation effort, to prioritize efforts and projects and not impact productivity.
• Partner with leadership and business project sponsors to build consensus on project requirements, expected timelines, and service delivery goals and report on status and key project risks.
• Communicate highly technical content to various audiences ranging from engineers to executive management, including mixed audiences.
• Operates independently and effectively with minimal daily oversight while ensuring alignment with security leadership directives and priorities.
• Perform as an individual contributor while also leading and developing team members.
• Focus on creating and executing secure processes with concentration on internal user experience and external member experience.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

• A bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field is preferred, but not required.

CERTIFICATIONS

• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK certification(s) are preferred, but not required. Career development plan to include certifications upon hire.

EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years Information Security experience.
• 4+ years Identity & Access Management experience.
• 4+ years Endpoint Security experience.
• 4+ years Microsoft 365 Cloud Security experience.
• 6+ years in a team leadership role.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Demonstrated self-starter with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate Information Security related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with all IT teams on security-related incidents, tasks and projects.
• Ability to work productively while remote and communicate effectively in a virtual team and on location hybrid work environment.
• Ability to work within agile and waterfall project methodology.
• Ability to stay current with new technology.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and use in a business environment including risks and solutions to secure.

• Extensive knowledge of protection solutions and technologies for Identity & Access Management.
• Experience & knowledge implementing and managing Identity & Access Management solutions:

• Identity Governance Administration (IGA)
• Identity Provider (IdP)
• Directory Services
• Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
• Cloud Conditional Access
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Credential, Password & Secrets Management
• Single Sign-On (SSO)

• Experience with identity & access management security tools, functions & services similar to SailPoint IdentityNow, Okta, Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Windows Hello, Keeper, Dashlane, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Dilinea.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management in on-prem & cloud environments.
• Knowledge of integrating identity & access management with ServiceNow & Workday.
• Extensive knowledge of protection solutions and technologies for Endpoint & M365 Cloud security.
• Experience & Knowledge implementing and managing Endpoint & Microsoft 365 Cloud:
  • Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Anti-Virus (AV) and malware protection
  • Host-based intrusion detection/prevention (HIDS/HIPS)
  • Device & Media Control
  • Endpoint Application Control
  • Managed Enterprise Web Browser
  • Mobile Device & Application Management (MDM/MAM)
  • Email Security
  • SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM)
• Experience with security tools, functions & services similar to CrowdStrike Endpoint Security, Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike Identity Protection, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Island Browser, Prisma Access Browser, Chrome Enterprise Browser, JAMF, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Exchange Online Protection, Proofpoint, Mimecast, Abnormal Security, AppOmni, AdaptiveShield.

• Knowledge of the following Frameworks
  • NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • Cloud Security Alliance
• Experience and knowledge of banking and financial industry IT regulatory environment preferred.
