Title: UX Tool Coordinator

Location: Remote

We are hiring a UX Tool Coordinator to work with a Staffing Industry leader! We need a candidate with some experience in administration and/or licensing of UX tools (Figma, Canva, Mira, Sketch, etc.).

The UX Tool Coordinator will join our client's Global UX Operations group. In this role, the resource would be responsible for providing real-time tool support for UXers, provisioning licenses, and reporting out on monthly usage. The Resource would handle all tool provisioning administration and perform monthly tool audits.

Responsibilities:



  • Facilitate the administration of all UX tools.
  • Put together quarterly tool and vendor usage reports to share with UX leadership, our business partners, and the greater UX community, and use strong analytical skills and UX expertise to make recommendations on any changes.
  • Mitigate technical issues by working with vendor support teams or escalating to the IT team.
  • Confidently work across multiple business units to build relationships, develop business cases, and coordinate funding for tools.
  • Join your manager in meetings with tool and vendor account managers to share feedback, plan communication about updates, and organize training.
  • Identify best practices and create and maintain documentation, templates, and resources to help designers, researchers, content designers, and design engineers across all of Indeed use our toolset to deliver a higher quality user experience that helps people get jobs.
  • Build relationships across Indeed UX so you can better understand our ecosystem and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.

    Required skills


  • Administration of all UX tools
  • 2 years' experience leading large and complex cross-functional programs/projects and building relationships across teams in-person and remotely.
  • 2 years of experience managing design and research tools
  • Data Analysis
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational and project management skills like planning, overseeing work, and communicating progress
