Long Description

The following is a list of specific major duties considered essential functions of this job. This list is not exhaustive, as all positions within the company are dynamic. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch
Food preparation according to written and oral instructions.
Replenish food and maintain clean serving areas.
Set up and break down of serving areas.
Counting and Handling Cash
Collecting Payment
Providing customer service
Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment.
Perform related work as required
Practice personal hygiene and proper sanitation procedures.
Perform all tasks assigned in a safe and productive manner
Cleaning and sanitation awareness
Ability to lift to 40 LBS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Graduate or equivalent (adequate education/training/experience to complete all tasks).
3 years of restaurant or food service experience
Excellent work and attendance record
Knowledge of food and nutrition
General knowledge of methods used in preparing and serving
Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
Serve safe certified recommended
