Job Description
ECU School of Art and Design's Main Office is currently seeking several Office Staff. Duties will include desk reception; answering the department telephone and redirecting calls, forwarding messages taken via email to appropriate faculty member, communicating with faculty and students as they enter main office, preparing spreadsheets and other paperwork as assigned, filling the copier, organizing and inventorying supplies, performing general light cleaning and sanitizing, and delivering packages in the building.

Hiring will cover total SoAD Main Office hours of Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. Schedules are to be determined by student employees and Main Office Admin.

Hourly rate will be $10 per hour.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
School of Art and Design Students strongly preferred.
