Job Description
ECU Student Academic Success Services is currently seeking Federal Work Study students to work as call center coaches and peer mentors.

Students will work in the Connect for Success Call Center and provide outreach to current students, assist in connecting them with campus resources, and assisting with the Pirate Pathways program.

This is an in-person position with no ability to telework. Candidates will be required to work in the SASS center on main campus. Coaches will work schedules on Monday-Friday.
