Federal Work Study (On-Campus) - Joyner Library Graduate Assistants (RIS)

ECU Department of Joyner Library- Research and Instructional Services is currently seeking several Graduate Library Assistants to help provide support to department faculty and staff.

Duties:
The Graduate Library Assistant duties include but are not limited to the following:
* (Primary Duty) Providing patron assistance at the Research Desk.
* Assisting faculty and staff.
* Opening and closing service desk.
* Shelving and shelf-reading processes.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
* Candidates must exhibit professionalism and have good communication and customer service skills.
* Candidates must be intellectually curious, and willing to learn.
* Candidates must have a flexible schedule and the availability to work afternoons, evenings, and some weekends.

Hours: 10-15 hours per week
Pay: $14.00/hr.

Notes: This position is a great opportunity for graduate students to gain library and customer service experience, increase their general library knowledge base, and improve their research skills.
