Responsibilities As a user experience lead, you will be responsible for pursuing continuous improvement of application experiences throughout our various ecosystems. In this role, you will ensure a smooth and efficient experience for members, from initial application submission to account activation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to optimize application processes, enhance user experience and advance growth initiatives.
