Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) II of the Personnel Office in the Human Resources Branch (HRB) of the Administration Division (Division) within in the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the SSM I (Specialist) in the Employee Relations Office (ERO) will provide guidance and expertise to Department management and supervisors in areas involving employee performance, labor relations, and administration of the Department's disciplinary process.
