Responsibilities:

  • Perform needs assessments with stakeholders to ensure RDSP Collection Rules meet their needs
  • Support Launch Quality Monitoring Process (LQMP) and other new model launch activities with RDSP to improve initial quality.
  • Work with Quality & Service Engineering division to improve early detection and market impact activities.
  • Monitor all RDSP data collection activity to ensure stakeholder needs are met while managing overall data flow to align with data and budget objectives.
  • Identify and advocate for improvement of RDSP Collection Rule system with all OEM/OEM/OEM stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of technical experience in any transportation sector (Automotive, Trucking & Aviation)
  • Experience as a training instructor preferred
  • Experience in SQL, and computer programming preferred
  • Proficiency in programs necessary, with the ability to adapt as advancements occur
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple small and mid-size projects simultaneously.

Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office duties
  • Work requires travel to meetings and site visits. This requires the possession of a valid state driver's license and good driving record.
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift light loads (less than 20 lbs.) during the course of development, testing, and validation activities.
