Description Acara Solutions is seeking a GL Accountant for a nationwide commercial real-estate development company located in Buffalo NY! Type: Direct Hire Salary: up to 70,000K with flexibility on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM with hybrid flexibility This job involves supporting Senior Accountants with the review and analysis of financial records, including preparing work papers and financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Key responsibilities include: Analyzing account data, preparing journal entries, and reconciling accounts. Maintaining fixed asset records and ensuring cost centers and company accounts align with financial relationships and policies. Recording monthly transactions, such as depreciation, amortization, and management fees. Collaborating with other departments to verify data accuracy and understand underlying transactions. Completing special projects as assigned.
