As the Senior Revenue Management Analyst, you'll be responsible for optimizing student enrollment performance and capacity utilization at Universal Technical Institute. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to maximize enrollments and accurately project future trends, while planning for class capacity. The Revenue Management Analyst Senior, will analyze market demand, forecast enrollment patterns, and effectively monitor capacity utilization to meet business objectives. Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute new student management strategies to maximize profitability;Forecast student enrollment trends to determine future class capacity; Develop forecasts for enrollment growth and resource needs; Coordinate with various departments to ensure appropriate class capacity is available; Work closely with marketing, admissions, financial aid, and administrative teams to align capacity with enrollment goals.
- Data Analysis & Decision Making: Analyze market trends, pricing, and enrollment data to make informed decisions on new student starts; Perform data analysis and forecasting to support decision-making; Collect and analyze enrollment, financial, and capacity data to drive decision-making; Generate reports on new starts, capacity utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive management.
- Revenue & Resource Optimization: Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization; Optimize the use of physical resources to prevent over/underutilization.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with marketing and admissions to attract new students while maximizing revenue; Serve as the point of contact for any changes in starts and capacity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field, master's degree in related field (preferred).
- Experience: Five (5) years' experience in revenue management, capacity planning, or a similar role. Experience within the education or service industry preferred.
- Data Analysis & Forecasting Skills: Proficiency in tools like Power BI, SQL, Python and Excel for data analysis and forecasting. Ability to analyze trends, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Financial Management Skills: Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue optimization with the ability to identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving Skills: Adjust strategies or actions based on changing conditions. Ability to approach problems logically and come up with effective solutions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships.
- Project Management: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously while keep things organized.
