This is a blanket requisition and there may or may not be positions available at this time. These positions are available to persons holding a PhD or Master's degree in areas related to forestry and natural resources. The positions provide classroom teaching for courses that supplement our faculty offerings and/or expertise of our faculty. Duties vary according to each position, dependent on subject matter. Included in the duties are developing and teaching courses, advising students with regard to academic concerns and school-related organizations. May provide service-related teaching duties as well. We offer courses in areas including but not limited to remote sensing; policy and economics of natural resources; harvesting; GIS; hydrology; forest ecology; biometrics; urban and community forestry; human dimensions of natural resources; recreation resource management; environmental science; environmental leadership; silviculture.
