Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Dallas, TX. Interested?


Here is what you would do:

  • Support production and engineering on testing various semiconductor components.
  • Read operation instructions and specifications.
  • Work from assembly schematics and engineer's drawings.
  • Interpret and follow documents such as SOPs and safety rules.
  • Provide routine technical support to production and engineering on standard components, devices, material, products, processes and/or equipment.
  • Testing, modifying, reworking, repairing, and building electronic, optical or mechanical assemblies.
  • Work from standard wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specifications and sketches
  • Interpret and follow documents such as SOPs and safety rules.
  • Produce quality work to prescribed standards, with a focus on continuous improvement to meet customer commitments on schedule, within budget and to SPC standard practices.
  • Recognize, communicate, and respond to process deviations and help identify root cause and corrective actions.
  • Perform standard testing processes on a variety of equipment and recording results.

  • Pay: $18-$19/hr
  • Hours: 6:00am - 6:30pm
  • Work Schedule: 1st shift Sun -Tue (work every other Wed)

Job Requirements

Here is what requirements you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year experience handling small delicate components, using ESD practices.
  • 1 year of basic knowledge and understanding of automated and semi-automated test equipment.
  • 1 year experience with final test /acceptance test.
  • 1 year experience in the use of various computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • 1 year of testing experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Associate degree.
  • Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Experience handling safe chemicals.
  • Experience with MES
  • Good mechanical skills.

Additional Information:

Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
