Join Our Team as a Strategic Leader!

Are you a high-performing professional ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead strategy development and execution for our managed customer segment. In this pivotal role, you will not only drive ambitious revenue and yield goals but also inspire our sales and marketing teams to excel.

What You'll Do:

  • Executive Leadership: Engage with C-Level executives, global vendors, and internal leaders, showcasing your executive presence to foster strong partnerships.
  • P&L Management: Utilize your proficiency in profit and loss management to achieve revenue and profit targets across multiple brands, leveraging TD SYNNEX's competitive advantages.
  • Vendor Strategy: Create and execute innovative vendor strategies that enhance our market position and drive profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring cross-organizational effectiveness through matrix management.
  • Sales Oversight: Manage both existing and new accounts, overseeing quotations, profit margins, and operating budgets to ensure success.
  • Collaborative Growth: Work closely with marketing and field teams to strengthen account relationships and implement strategies that promote profitable sales growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics and conduct thorough analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively resolve issues, assess satisfaction levels, and gain insights into customer needs to drive mutual success.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with senior management to develop and execute short- and long-term sales plans that ensure product profitability and growth.
  • Forecast Management: Facilitate weekly calls to validate forecasts and coordinate discussions with finance regarding the overall Enterprise Forecast for advanced solution vendor lines.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze forecast data to identify trends, research anomalies, and provide actionable insights and risk assessments to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience, with 3-5 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Working Conditions: Enjoy a hybrid work model-spend two days a week in the office, with some travel required.
