  • Lovelace Women's Hospital is New Mexico's first and only hospital dedicated to women's health and features a 53-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit,24/7 emergency department, 16 labor and delivery rooms, 41-bed Mother-Baby unit, a Maternal-Fetal Medicine program for high-risk pregnancies. 8 Intensive Care Unit beds and 73 Medical Surgical beds. Lovelace Women's Hospital's offers a nationally accredited Breast Care Center providing the latest in 3D mammography and surgical procedures. Lovelace Women's Hospital is also the first Center of Excellence for Minimally Invasive Gynecology, Robotic Surgery and Hernia Surgery in the state, offering the latest in minimally invasive surgery.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and provide services and resources to an pregnant individuals/families necessary to develop and facilitate a personalized intervention plan based upon barriers and health care issues identified through telephonic and/or on-site screening process. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.


Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Medical terminology
  • Knowledge of community and state resources
  • One (1) -Three (3) years of recent related experience

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Associate degree or Degree from an Accredited College
  • Bilingual-English/Spanish preferred
