The Billing Operations Manager will need to build strong, positive relationships across the finance community and with broader internal clients to help guide the billing team towards a more process orientated approach. The Manager will act as an independent contributor focused on enhancing overall processes and implementing best practices to optimize billing and revenue cycle operations. Responsibilities
Collaborate with department leadership to ensure all critical tasks are completed each month and operate as the key back-up on all billing team escalations.
