Job DescriptionThe Assessment Data Coordinator reports to the Director of Alignment for the Academic Core/Designated AS Programs and is primarily responsible for overseeing data projects from start to finish related to General Education courses. This role ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining high standards of data quality and compliance. The Assessment Data Coordinator collaborates with various stakeholders and contributes to project teams to achieve the desired project outcomes.

The Assessment Data Coordinator assists with planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to data management and analytics. This support includes defining project objectives, managing resources, and coordinating the efforts of team members and external consultants. The Assessment Data Coordinator ensures all project requirements are met and delivers high-quality data that supports organizational goals. Employee will demonstrate TSTC Core values of Excellence, Accountability, Service, and Integrity with internal and external stakeholders, customers, students, and members of the community.

Essential Functions
  • Collect and upload all assessment artifacts to the data management system.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Alignment and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the assessment process.
  • Communicate discrepancies in data collection to the Director of Alignment for mitigation.
  • Input all assessment scores accurately into the data management system.
  • Deliver timely and accurate assessment result reports to the Director of Alignment.
  • Fulfill other related duties and tasks as needed to support the program's objectives and the overall mission of TSTC.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Knowledge of ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Ability to organize tasks, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with team members.
  • Ability to create and maintain project documentation.
  • Skill in paying attention to small details that can impact project outcomes.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards related to data management.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., Informer5, SPOL) is a plus.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in the collection and analysis of assessment data within an academic environment is a plus.

The Target Hiring Range is $ 36,545.69 to $39,286.62

The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
