Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



  • Meet all expectations of metrics, budget, and occupancy.
  • Treat each inquiry with value.
  • Respond and follow-up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, mail-ins timely and appropriately.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families and professional providers of care.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all software programs.
  • Work with the team to manage move-ins and move-outs to achieve maximum revenue.
  • Participate in planning and implementing a strong community outreach program with the sales and marketing team.
  • Attend prospective resident and professional events to help build occupancy in the community.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Information Systems: Maintain a working knowledge of all software programs. Proficiency in CRM systems.

Personal Attributes: Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families and professionals.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years' experience and or training, or equivalent of education and experience. Previous sales/admission experience in senior living.
