Overview This position is responsible for the implementation, promotion, and design of Energy Efficiency programs. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance or business. Experience Five plus years designing, developing and administering successful energy efficiency or demand reductions programs. Experience with demand side energy efficiency program implementation principles, or contractor management which includes quality control, continuous improvements, and budge accountability. Preferred Experience Should have excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills. Should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). Knowledge of energy efficiency and related technologies and building science are a plus as is work in the area of customer service. Additional education and Energy Efficiency Certifications are a plus. |
