Job Type: Support Staff - Union Bargaining Unit: SSA Regular/Temporary: Regular End Date if Temporary: Hours Per Week: 35 Standard Work Schedule: Building: Salary Range: $44,979.76 - $44,979.76 The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Responsibilities Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy Excellent attention to detail and proactive follow-through of assigned projects Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe PDF Ability to keep records in an orderly fashion Ability understand and adhere to compliance policies Ability to respectfully and effectively communicate with staff and faculty Support other job functions as needed. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college or a completed A.A. program. One year of related experience, or equivalent in education, training and/or experience. Intermediate to advanced level MS Office and Adobe skills. Other Requirements Ability to perform work in a neat and orderly manner in accordance with safety regulations Ability to follow simple instructions Basic understanding of elementary science High level of initiative and willingness to collaborate with team members Excellent organizational and time skills Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professional with different levels of staff and students.
