Job Description
  • Manage rate of participant engagement and non-compliance
  • Hold weekly team meetings
  • Schedule individual supervision sessions with staff weekly
  • Ensure ongoing and open communication with staff and peers
  • Ensure case management process and documentation is completed in a timelyfashion as required by contract
  • Review comprehensive service plans
  • Ensure that case managers are monitoring client's progress toward goal of self sufficiency
  • Provide training and support to new case managers on program goals, processes and acquiring a caseload
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Two years of program level/management level experience, related to human services in the for-profit, non-profit, quasi-governmental and/or government sectors or directly related progressively responsible work experience or equivalent combinations thereof
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse population
  • Ability to work across all levels of management and staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
