The Supply Chain Process Analyst develops, implements, and maintains systems and tools to ensure accurate physical inventories and proper workflow. This position also defines new needs to facilitate the maximum utilization of the systems to coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, financial, and quality processes. Serving as a resource for Lenexa and other GMSQ sites is also a responsibility for this position.
* Creation or review of new codes in local ERP * Maintain and review accurate master data * Maintain and review accurate Bill of Material (BOM) and routing standards * Review work order variances and communicate with production to update BOMs and routings * Support teams to manage the key performance indicators (KPIs) and actively participate in supply/logistics projects to improve the supply chain. Assist ERP users with daily processes* Train new users * Assist in the creation of training materials (SOPs, work instructions, etc.) * Improve ERP process flows, match processes to physical workflows * Run and analyze reports and data, as needed, for QA, Supply Chain, and others * Support the shop floor teams in their daily tasks to facilitate operational management. Support the team leaders to drive the performance of the shopfloor teams. Information Resource for Non-Production Departments* Provide production information to finance to explain work order variances, BOM information, etc. * Serve as a resource of information for QA/Regulatory regarding item usage and master data * Requested reporting, material tracking, cost, etc. Annual Budget Process* Review item data for accuracy and consistency * Creation of new codes, routings, and work centers Databases* Maintain local systems applications * Perform upgrades when needed to match demands Inventory Maintenance and Cycle Counts* Oversee and ensure the established cycle count program is proceeding properly for all departments * Run check every quarter to ensure all departments are on target to complete assigned requirements * Assist with variance research and provide guidance when needed Training & Compliance* Complete assigned trainings by deadlines * Comply with department SOPs and work instructions * Comply with company policies * Comply with USDA regulations * Comply with safety regulations

* Education - BA/BS degree (Science/ Business preferred) * Work Experience - 2+ years of related experience required, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing. (Additional, qualifying experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
* Able to read, write legibly, and communicate in English * Advanced oral & written communication as well as analytical skills * Advanced ability to multi-task and adjust priorities as dictated by the dynamics of the projects * Advanced ability to implement and manage change, and work in an integrated business environment
