Under limited supervision, manage an FX portfolio generating over $1M annually, continually seeking to upgrade client quality, expand wallet share, and replace an 8% attrition rate. Sales strategies should align with personal strengths, and mentoring of junior team members is expected. Contribute to growth strategies and represent the product line internally and externally.

Master FX products (spot, forwards, swaps, options, NDFs, NDOs), and ensure spread optimization and shareholder value. Lead by example with strong communication, professionalism, and adherence to FX and credit policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Consistently execute the sales process and reinforce it with the team.

This person will also:

  • Build and grow a portfolio, exceeding $1M in annual revenue. Manage the full sales cycle in a consultative manner with clients and prospects.

  • Master hedging products and concepts, apply risk mitigation, and ensure compliance. Focus on spread maximization and client retention.

  • Coach and mentor junior associates, ensuring accuracy and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. Assist in creating client presentations, teach products and procedures, and proof market updates.

  • Know all systems, ensure proper rates and spreads, improve processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Travel domestically 30-50% of the time to clients and conferences.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting. Required

Experience

  • 7-10 years FX producer in all areas of the FX sales environment, from sales pipeline to revenue generation. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements and bank policy will be understood and applied. Required

Licenses and Certifications

  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable. by start date. Required
