Summary:
The Customer Solutions Representative role handles all incoming calls, identifies client needs and troubleshoots problems to resolution. This role functions as a liaison between all internal and external customers and the clinical laboratory.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 2. License/Certifications: N/A 3. Experience: Customer Service experience in a health care setting preferred. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Medical terminology; and computer skills. 5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
