This fully remote position allows you to contribute to meaningful work from the comfort of your home.

  • Be the Voice of Care: Answer incoming calls with compassion, ensuring patients feel heard and supported.
  • Support Our Patients: Work closely with local health clinics to triage patient needs and provide real-time solutions.
  • Simplify Access: Help patients navigate their journey by scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments, as well as managing prescription refill requests.
  • Make an Impact: Serve as the "front door" to behavioral health services, creating a seamless and welcoming experience for all.
