Responsibilities
Experience in ServiceNow Development with a focus on Predictive Intelligence to support customer environment operations
- Technical ServiceNow development capability and is able to design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and services
- Responsible for developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of our clients
- Provide software and application configuration across various technical areas within Self-help service such as Portal, Workspace, Service Catalog, Virtual agent, live agent chat
- Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that they meet the client's needs and are aligned with ITIL, SPM/ITBM, CSM, Self-Help Services, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SPM, and CMDB best practices
- Write clear and concise technical documentation
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, including REST and SOAP APIs
- Analyze business requirements and develop technical requirements
- Develop and design application modules workflows and catalog request
- Develop and deliver ServiceNow based solution for clients
- Customer Relationship Management
- Collaborate with other developers to ensure that code is developed and maintained according to best practices
- Develop, customize and design for the out of the box conversations, topic blocks and topics for the virtual agent
Qualifications
- Experience in system process automation
- Experience with governance/service management/operations
- Experience with Angularjs
- Experience in ServiceNow/Angularjs (HTML) (JavaScript - client side/server side)
- Experience in ServiceNow/Angularjs (CSS)
- Experience with HCD - Human Centered Design
- Experience in scripting to call APIs, to also get data
- Be able to Integrate virtual agent with non-ServiceNow applications
Education:
- Master's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required and 15+ years' work experience
- Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (25 years total)
Clearance:
- The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation
Location:
- Remote, USA
- Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST)
Pay Range:
- The pay for this position ranges from $79,240 to $105,500
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
- Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
