You Are:

You are a creative, entrepreneurial, and independent problem solver, proficient at navigating the uncertainties associated with transforming research into products. You have a strong background in applying state-of-the-art deep learning models, including image segmentation, generative techniques such as GANs and diffusion, and active or reinforcement learning, to solve complex problems. Your expertise in Python and associated ML libraries (Pytorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, Numpy, Sklearn) is exceptional. You thrive in large-scale scientific computing environments, including distributed computing and databases. Your familiarity with the IC design stack, encompassing digital design, analog design, SOC architecture, and IC validation, sets you apart. You possess strong interpersonal skills for interfacing both with internal teams and customers. You hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Applying machine learning techniques to solve complex problems in circuit variation analysis and standard cell library generation and validation.
  • Developing novel solutions and working as part of a team to translate these solutions into marketable products.
  • Collaborating with leading semiconductor firms to implement and refine these solutions.
  • Extending existing methods and developing new approaches to address customer needs in semiconductor process and environmental variation impact estimation.
  • Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and semiconductor design.
  • Contributing to the development of advanced ML-based solutions for performance estimation of standard cells, memories, and analog components.

  • Experience with large-scale scientific computing and distributed computing.
