Responsibilities The Residential Supervisor oversees direct care staff and manages a clinical residence to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for clients. This role acts as a bridge between departments, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures while maintaining a secure environment and supporting the direct care team. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing staff assigned to the overnight shift. They work from 11:00pm - 7:00am, Monday through Friday and 7:00pm - 7:00am on Saturday or Sunday. The Residential Supervisor will be expected to work similar hours unless attending required trainings/meetings during regular business hours.
