Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in support of our global supply chain team. This position will interface with our strategic and operational procurement teams, program management, SIOP, and Manila SCM support team. This position will be responsible for our monthly POR, PUR, PD reports and scorecard development, along with being our SCM key contact and subject matter expert (SME) for our infrastructure tools in support of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and communicate monthly POR, PUR, PD reports and scorecard development.
  • Manage and update our IPS Global SCM Sharepoint site.
  • Support SCM projects by assisting Program Managers is data gathering.
  • Support Program Managers being liaison with the Engineering team on VAVE activities, to consolidate report out progress.

Experience and Skill Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations or Finance, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years Supply Chain related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to thoroughly analyze, interpret data / information to make sound informed decisions desired.
  • Experience in project management including planning, supervising, monitoring, and accomplishing the goals of specific project requirements desired.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, SharePoint, and Power BI desired with desire to become SME.
  • Proficiency in MS Office desired.
  • Experience fostering key stakeholder relationships desired.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills desired.
  • Up to 15% Domestic and International travel is required for this position.
