Job Title: Front Desk Representative (Full-Time)

Greeting patients

Ability to communicate effectively with upper management, the center's staff, physicians and their staff, patients and their families, marketing, insurance and sales representatives. Ability to handle frequent interruptions that result in having to re-evaluate priorities

Computer experience

Detail oriented

Maintaining current demographic and insurance information in computer and in the chart

Performing office opening procedures, petty cash balancing, co-pay/co-insurance collection and assisting patients as needed

Answering incoming calls
