Position Summary:

In a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, contributes professional and clinical expertise to assigned patient populations to ensure the delivery of high quality care. Scope of practice will encompass expert clinical practice, expert guidance and coaching of patients and families and other healthcare providers, research leadership (clinical, professional, and systems). Duties are performed in accordance with the NJ Board of Nursing guidelines for Cardiac Services Nurse Practitioner. Serve on call and/or weekend rotation as required.

Qualifications:

Master 's Degree in Nursing required, Doctorate (DNP, PhD) preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, primarily in area of specialty. Current Registered Professional Nurse Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse in New Jersey BLS and ACLS Certification Focus on Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology
