DIVISION: U.S. AutoForce POSITION SUMMARYThe Distribution Logistics Analyst will be a lead ambassador of U.S. AutoForce best practices and cross-divisional alignment, responsible for identifying areas of opportunity for distribution practices. This includes analyzing historical data, evaluating current state of the business by market, and providing input to make decisions related to the U.S. AutoForce logistics and distribution strategy.This position is located in Appleton, WI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Required: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field * 2-3 years' analyst experience in Transportation, Distribution or Supply Chain * Demonstrated leadership ability with professional integrity * Knowledge of Logistics Technology and routing software and experience with PowerBI and Excel a strong plus * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to deal with a variety of situations and to make decisions and adjustments as unexpected situations arise * Ability to deal with customers under diverse situations and project a positive image * Overall business awareness and experience in handling broad based strategic direction * Understanding of the budgeting process and financial analysis * Good decision maker who is well organized and can prioritize and plan ahead * Ability to use data to make decisions U.S. Venture requires that a team member have and maintain authorization to work in the country in which the role is based.
