For more information, please visit: https://www.msudenver.edu/health-human-sciences/. Position Summary The Recruitment and Retention Specialist is a member of the CHHS Advising Office team. Reporting to the Manager of Student Support Services, the Recruitment and Retention Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting enrollment in the College of Health and Human Sciences through strategic recruitment and retention initiatives and strategic partnership with colleagues in Student Affairs. This position will also provide general support to the CHHS advising team, which may include attending orientations, providing advising support during high demand times of year, performing administrative functions that support advising and student support services, and/or providing coverage when advisors are not available. Salary for Announcement Under Colorado law, MSU Denver is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role and should not offer a salary outside of the range posted in this job announcement. This range takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, analysis of internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience. The full salary range for this position is $45,300 - $68,000. The anticipated hiring range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50,000 - $58,000.
